Align Your Body, Mind And Soul In A Powerful Force

Others (though few) continue to believe that being healthy is all about focusing on how well the body is working. Then there are more enlightened people who are aware of their mind-body connection and know that "being healthy" refers to both the health of the mind and the body.

Even brighter are those enlightened who are aware that true health begins even deeper than the mind. True health begins with our deepest connection to life: our spiritual being.

The different parts of us: our mind, our emotions, our body and our mind are not separate, isolated and independently operating units. We are a unit of work in which all parties work together to achieve one thing: our health, our happiness and our longevity.

Exercise is without a doubt the most stimulating thing we can do to increase our body / muscle and our mental / muscle strength. Movement is not just about keeping our bodies in shape, working our internal organs with maximum efficiency and our keen minds.

Scientific studies show that a healthy and active lifestyle that includes regular exercise is the key that opens the door to our spiritual fulfillment.

Think about it. When we actively train, we actively love ourselves. And when we actively love each other, we open the door to our spiritual connection. It is this connection that enables us to develop our spiritual muscle!

Develop your spiritual muscle

Why is it important to have a spiritual muscle? Our mental health is directly affected by our mental health, just as our physical health is affected by our mental health. Without a strong spiritual base from which we could draw, our mental muscle would soon weaken.

The reality is that it is very difficult to stay out of positive perceptions and function when our spiritual cauldron is empty. A positive attitude is the result of a happy and fulfilled mind. It is impossible to feel mentally empty and mentally satisfied, just as it is impossible to feel physically healthy when our mindset is depressed most of the time.

We make several decisions every day and face daily challenges. It is our spiritual muscle that is called to feed the strength of our mental muscle, and it is our mental muscle that feeds the strength (through positive and encouraging thoughts) to our body that ultimately leads to health. and happy lifestyle.

It is the practice that provides the chemical (we can say hormones) and the emotional change that in turn enables us to clear up the "mental conversation", the conversation that is constantly looking for our attention but only wasting our precious energy.

Without our personal mental chatter that messes things up, it is much easier to connect with our deepest essence: our spiritual being.

When we remove the mess and separate from the chaos in our minds, the moment remains "now". This "moment" is fondly called "the zone" by athletes and great things happen when they are in the zone!

In this "now" moment, this conscious state of mind, we are consciously connected to our mind, body and spirit and this enables us to reduce negative thinking and constant chatter, build trust and increase emotional stability.
