Tips for the New Year to Get Organised, Lose Weight and Be Happy!
It's the time of the year (as I sit here and write this on New Year's Eve) when everyone after the holidays should happily relax and think about the constructive changes you can make in your life next year, if you really are consider the size of the credit card bill coming in January, which of your gifts you can bring back to the store, and you're bombarded with bloggers stating their `` 10 best widgets of 2010 as they subtly try to sell your stuff.
With this in mind - and also because I know a lot of random **** and really want people to be as healthy, happy, and fulfilled as I am, here are some of my random thoughts and tips. to find out how to make your next year better than the previous one.
Training and practice
I don't associate with you and remember if you want a healthy and healthy body you have to do it. (Oops, I just did it). Remember that you cannot exercise with an unhealthy diet. (If you have an iPhone, you don't even have to buy the transmitter)
If you go to a gym, I don't recommend using a personal trainer, except of course someone like me. This may seem strange to me, so I'll take a closer look. In my experience, most personal trainers achieve fairly average results. This is due to (a) inexperience and lack of knowledge, but especially (b) their "attitude". This means if you are a gym employee or a freelancer they don't really care about your results, they just take you to the gym, sell workouts and want you back. You probably get results, but you change in the short and long term. 80% of women mainly lose body fat and don't want to know that cardio and powerplate sessions are a completely delayed method. The same goes for the 50% of men who have to do the same. And for the other 50% of men who also need to do barbell curls, build muscle on a bosu ball, or do lunges and lunges all day long, that doesn't do long-term squats.
